Our workouts are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your body. A mind to body workout, working on bigger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Our method combines low-impact body weight full body/core Pilates based workout. We mix with ballet inspired movements plus core stabilizing object, tapped into every layer of muscle while forming a flow state within the mind. We will also incorporate stretching and proper breathing method to avoid muscle fatigue and injury. Our method was a deep, challenging full body workout that leaves you feeling strong, protected and connected, both body and mind.
